Easy Creamy Onion Beef Stew 🥘 Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into cubes)
1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water or beef broth
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Optional additions:
2 cups potatoes (cubed)
1 cup carrots
1 cup mushrooms
½ onion chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) if baking.
Step 2
Place the beef cubes evenly in a baking dish or slow cooker.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix:
Cream of mushroom soup
Brown gravy mix
Onion soup mix
Water or beef broth
Step 4
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef.
Step 5
Cover with foil or lid.
Step 6
Oven Method
Bake for 2½ – 3 hours until beef is tender.
Slow Cooker Method
Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours
Or HIGH for 4 hours
Step 7
Stir gently before serving.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
