Introduction

Ingredients
Crust
2 cups Graham crackers, crushed
½ cup melted Butter
2 tablespoons Sugar
Cheesecake Filling
900 g (32 oz) Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
3 large Egg
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup Heavy cream
Optional Toppings
Fresh strawberries or blueberries
Fruit sauce
Chocolate ganache
Caramel sauce
Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust
    Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
    Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake the Crust
    Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then let it cool.
  3. Make the Filling
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Remaining Ingredients
    Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and flour. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  5. Fill the Pan
    Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 50–60 minutes until the edges are set but the center slightly jiggles.
  7. Cool Slowly
    Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
  8. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
  9. Serve
    Slice and serve plain or with your favorite topping.
