Ham & Cheese Croissant Bake
🧾 Ingredients:
12 mini croissants (or 6 large, halved)
150–200 g ham
150–200 g cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven
Set to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Prepare croissants
Slice each croissant horizontally (don’t cut all the way through).
Fill them
Add a slice of ham and cheese inside each croissant.
Arrange
Place them snugly in the baking dish.
Make butter glaze
Mix melted butter, mustard, honey, garlic powder, and parsley.
Brush generously
Pour or brush the mixture over the croissants.
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
🔥 Tips:
Cover with foil for the first 8 minutes to keep them soft, then uncover to crisp.
Add a sprinkle of grated cheese on top for extra meltiness.
You can swap ham with chicken or turkey.

Serve warm—perfect with a salad, soup, or as a quick grab-and-go snack.
