Garlic Butter Juicy Pork Chops
🧾 Ingredients
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 2–3 cm thick)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter:
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

- Season the Pork
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with:
salt
black pepper
paprika
garlic powder - Sear the Pork Chops
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Reduce heat to medium. - Add Garlic Butter
Add butter to the pan.
Once melted, add minced garlic and herbs.
Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops continuously for 2–3 minutes (this keeps them juicy and flavorful). - Cook Until Done
Cook until internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
