Prosciutto Bombs
🧾 Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
8–10 slices prosciutto
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed (or string cheese pieces)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Seasoning:
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Separate biscuit dough into pieces.
Flatten each piece into a small circle. - Fill & Wrap
Place a piece of mozzarella in the center.
Wrap a slice of prosciutto around the cheese.
Place wrapped cheese onto the dough.
Fold dough around it and pinch to seal, forming a ball. - Season
Place balls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan over the top. - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

🍽️ Tips for Best Results
Seal dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
Don’t overfill—just enough cheese for a gooey center.
Serve warm for best texture.
