Spinach and Feta Cheese Crisps
🧾 Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven
Set oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare spinach
Lightly sauté the chopped spinach in olive oil for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
Let it cool, then squeeze out excess moisture (important for crispiness).
Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine spinach, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form crisps
Scoop small spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon) onto the baking sheet.
Flatten slightly into thin rounds, leaving space between each.
Bake
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
Cool
Let them cool on the tray for a few minutes—they’ll crisp up more as they cool.
