Pineapple Bliss Bars
🧾 Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Filling:
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tub (225 g / 8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
1 can (565 g / 20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
Topping:
1 cup whipped topping
2 tablespoons toasted coconut (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Make the crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press firmly into a lined 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) pan.
Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
Prepare filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
Fold in whipped topping gently.
Add pineapple
Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple.
Assemble
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
Top it off
Spread additional whipped topping on top.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut and add cherries if desired.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
Serve
Slice into bars and serve cold.
💡 Tips
Drain pineapple really well to avoid a soggy filling
Add a splash of pineapple juice for extra flavor
For a firmer bar, freeze for 1 hour before cutting
