No-Bake Creamy Lemon Dessert
🧾 Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
1 can (300–400 g) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (120 ml) fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for extra flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups crushed biscuits or graham crackers
4 tablespoons melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions:
Make the base
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
Press firmly into the bottom of a dish or cups to form a crust. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
Whip the cream
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Make the lemon filling
In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.
(It will thicken naturally from the lemon juice.)
Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble
Spread the lemon filling over the chilled crust.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
Serve
Slice or scoop and enjoy chilled. Garnish with extra zest or lemon slices if desired.

For individual servings, layer in cups for a pretty presentation.
Use digestive biscuits or any plain cookies you have.
Add a layer of whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
