3-Ingredient Church Supper Chicken
🧾 Ingredients:
4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (10.5 oz / ~300 g) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.
Assemble
Place the chicken in a greased baking dish.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
Add topping
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the top.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
💡 Tips:
You can add a little melted butter over the crackers for extra crispiness (optional).
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
