Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta
🧾 Ingredients
250 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
300 g ground beef
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth (or water + bouillon)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside (save 1/2 cup pasta water if needed). - Cook the beef
Heat الزيت (oil) in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft (2–3 minutes).
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. - Add garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. - Make the creamy sauce
Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add heavy cream and mix well.
Let it cook gently for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. - Add cheese
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
(If too thick, add a little pasta water.) - Combine
Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
Mix everything together until well coated. - Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if you like.

Swap cream with milk + a little flour for a lighter version
Try it with shredded beef instead of ground for a different texture
