Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add the cream cheese and pour in the chicken broth.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir well until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
Serving Ideas
Spoon over mashed potatoes
Serve with rice or egg noodles
Add steamed broccoli or green beans on the side
