Sugar-Free Condensed Milk (3 Ingredients)
A creamy homemade version of condensed milk without refined sugar — perfect for coffee, desserts, keto treats, or baking.
Ingredients
2 cups whole milk (or heavy cream for a richer version)
1/2 cup sweetener of choice (erythritol, monk fruit, or xylitol)
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Pour the milk into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add the sweetener and butter, stirring until melted and dissolved.
Simmer gently uncovered for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reduces by about half and becomes thick and creamy.
Remove from heat and let cool. It thickens more as it cools.
Store in a clean jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Tips
For extra creaminess, use 1 cup milk + 1 cup heavy cream.
Vanilla extract adds great flavor.
Avoid boiling too hard or the milk may separate.
