Ingredients
2 cups water
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
1 tablespoon raw honey
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Optional Additions
Pinch of cayenne pepper for warmth

Coconut water instead of plain water for minerals
Instructions
Add water, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon stick to a small saucepan.

Stir in lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar if using.
