Ground Beef & Cabbage Skillet
🛒 Ingredients
1 small cabbage, chopped
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 can (15 oz / 425 g) diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon bouillon powder (beef or chicken)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)
Salt to taste
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned (5–7 minutes).
Drain excess fat if needed.
2️⃣ Add Aromatics
Add chopped onions and cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add Tomatoes & Seasoning
Pour in diced tomatoes (with juice).
Add bouillon powder, pepper, paprika, and salt.
Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Add Cabbage
Stir in chopped cabbage.
Cover and cook 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
If needed, add 1/4 cup water to prevent sticking.

💡 Optional Add-Ins
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Red pepper flakes for heat
1/2 cup shredded cheese on top
1 tablespoon soy sauce for deeper flavor
