Simple Homemade Ice Cream (No Machine Needed!)
Creamy, smooth, and only 3 main ingredients — super easy and perfect every time.
🛒 Ingredients (Makes about 1½ quarts)
2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, beat cold heavy cream with a mixer.
Whip until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
Don’t overmix.
2️⃣ Mix the Base
In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Fold Together
Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
Mix slowly to keep it light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Freeze
Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
Smooth the top.
Cover tightly.
Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
5️⃣ Serve
Let sit at room temperature 5 minutes before scooping.
