🛒 Ingredients
For the Cauliflower:
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crisp)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional (extra crispy coating):
1 egg, beaten
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Coat the Cauliflower
In a large bowl:
Toss florets with olive oil (or dip in beaten egg first if using).
In a separate bowl mix:
Parmesan
Breadcrumbs
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Italian seasoning
Press cauliflower into the coating mixture so it sticks well.
3️⃣ Bake
Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
For extra crispiness: broil 2–3 minutes at the end (watch carefully).
🔥 Air Fryer Option
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
🥣 Creamy Dipping Sauce (Like in the Picture)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sriracha (or hot sauce)
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch garlic powder
Mix until smooth.
