🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1 cup cottage cheese
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish (or line with parchment).
2️⃣ Mix
In a large bowl, whisk eggs until well beaten.
Stir in shredded cheese and cottage cheese.
Mix until fully combined.
