3-Ingredient Creamy Yogurt Cake
🧾 Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup self-rising flour
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt and condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
Add the self-rising flour and gently mix until fully combined (don’t overmix).
Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
Bake for 30–40 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
🍓 Optional Add-Ins:
Fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, blueberries)
Chocolate chips
Vanilla or lemon zest for extra flavor
💡 Tips:
No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder.
Chill it after baking for a firmer, cheesecake-like texture.
