Keto Naan Bread 🫓
Soft, fluffy, and low-carb, this keto naan bread is perfect for wraps, dipping, or serving alongside your favorite meals. It has all the comforting flavor of traditional naan without the extra carbs!
🧾 Ingredients
1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Butter or olive oil for brushing
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Melt the cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds, stirring halfway, until melted and smooth.
Make the dough
Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, garlic powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Divide and shape
Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Place between parchment paper and roll each into naan-shaped rounds.
Cook the naan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Finish
Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parsley or cilantro.
🔥 Tips
If the dough becomes sticky, lightly oil your hands.
Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy version.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
