🥑 Avocado Seed Wellness Drink
Ingredients
1 avocado seed
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick or ½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon

Clean the seed
Wash the avocado seed thoroughly and remove any remaining avocado flesh.
Dry and chop
Let the seed dry for a few hours. Carefully cut it into smaller chunks or grate it.
Boil
Add the seed pieces and cinnamon to 2 cups of water.
Boil for 15–20 minutes.
Strain
Remove from heat and strain into a cup.
