3-Ingredient Lemon Bars
🧾 Ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1 can (about 300–400 g) lemon pie filling
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat & prep
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Grease or line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan - Mix
In a large bowl, combine:
Lemon cake mix
Eggs
Lemon pie filling
Stir until smooth and well blended (batter will be thick) - Bake
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top - Cool & slice
Let cool completely before cutting into bars

Dust with powdered sugar
Add a little lemon zest on top for extra zing
Serve with whipped cream
