✅ Ingredients
1 bunch fresh celery (about 6–8 stalks)
½ cup cold water (optional, for blending)
Optional: juice of ½ lemon or a small piece of ginger

  1. Prep
    Wash celery thoroughly
    Cut into smaller pieces
  2. Blend or juice
    Blender method:
    Add celery + a little water
    Blend until smooth
    Strain using a fine sieve or cloth (optional)
    Juicer method:
    Run celery through a juicer (no water needed)
  3. Serve
