Strawberry & Pineapple Layered Dessert – No-Bake, Quick & Creamy
A light, fruity dessert that’s perfect for warm days—sweet, creamy, and super easy to make!
🛒 Ingredients
Crust
2 cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
½ cup (115 g) melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cream layer
1 package (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
½ cup (100 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit layers
1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 can (400 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
Topping
1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
Extra strawberries for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Make the crust
In a bowl, mix crushed crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
Press firmly into the bottom of a dish (20×20 cm / 8×8 inch).
Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set. - Prepare the cream layer
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. - Assemble the layers
Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust.
Add a layer of strawberries.
Spread remaining cream mixture.
Top with crushed pineapple. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (overnight is best for clean layers). - Add topping & serve
Spread whipped cream on top.
Garnish with extra strawberries.
Slice and serve chilled.
