Baked Cheesy White Eggs
🥚 Ingredients:
8 large egg whites
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup milk (or cream for richer texture)
1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped spinach, mushrooms, or cooked chicken
🔥 Instructions:
Preheat oven
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare baking dish
Grease a small baking dish with butter to prevent sticking.
Mix ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together:
Egg whites
Milk
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Add cheese
Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. If using extras like spinach or chicken, fold them in now.
Pour & bake
Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
Cool slightly & serve
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
