Place dough in a greased bowl or leave in the bag (loosely sealed).
Let it rise in a warm place for about 30–45 minutes, until doubled. - Shape
Punch down the dough.
Shape into small loaves or rolls and place in greased mini pans or a baking dish. - Second rise
Cover and let rise again for 20–30 minutes until puffy. - Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Optional Finishes
Brush with melted butter for a soft crust
Sprinkle with herbs, garlic, or sesame seeds
Add cheese inside for a stuffed version 😋
Tips
Water should be warm, not hot (hot water kills yeast).
Dough should be soft, not sticky—add a little flour if needed.
Great recipe to make with kids since it’s hands-on but less messy!
