Crispy Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
🥔 Ingredients
1½ lbs (700 g) baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the potatoes
Wash and dry the potatoes well. Cut into halves or bite-sized pieces.
Season
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
Cook
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
Add Parmesan (optional)
During the last 2 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
🔥 Tips for Extra Crispy Potatoes
Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry thoroughly before seasoning.
Do not overcrowd the basket.
Use a little cornstarch (1 teaspoon) for an even crispier texture.
