These easy no-bake protein cookies are chewy, satisfying, and packed with protein for a quick snack or post-workout treat. No oven required, and they come together in minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–4 tablespoons milk, as needed

Chia seeds or flaxseed
Chopped nuts
Shredded coconut
Dried fruit
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients
Add oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder if using.
Mix until combined.
Step 3: Adjust Texture
Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is soft enough to shape but not sticky.
Step 4: Shape the Cookies
Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of mixture.
Roll into balls or flatten into cookie shapes.
Place on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
