Ingredients
1 lemon, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or sliced
8–10 fresh mint leaves
1 liter cold water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    Wash the lemon, cucumber, mint, and ginger well.
  2. Combine
    Add the lemon slices, cucumber slices, ginger, and mint leaves to a large pitcher or jar.
  3. Add Water
    Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for stronger flavor.
  5. Serve
    Pour into glasses over ice if desired.
    Add honey for a touch of sweetness.
