Creamy Apple Salad
🧾 Ingredients:
4 cups apples, chopped (about 3–4 apples, any variety)
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup chopped celery (optional, for crunch)
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
Dressing:
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
¼ cup mayonnaise
2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prep the apples
Wash, core, and chop apples into bite-sized pieces. (You can leave the skin on for color and texture.)
Mix the dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Add apples, marshmallows, celery (if using), nuts, and raisins or cranberries to the bowl.
