Golden Zucchini Egg Skillet
🛒 Ingredients
2 medium zucchini, grated
3 large eggs
¼ cup flour (or breadcrumbs)
¼ cup grated cheese (Parmesan or any you like)
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
🍳 Instructions
Prepare the zucchini
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean towel.
Mix the batter
In a bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, flour, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Cook until golden
Heat الزيت (olive oil) in a pan over medium heat.
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly like a thick pancake.
Flip carefully
Cook for 5–7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip (you can use a plate to help) and cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot
